Plan your Wedding or your next special occasion at Caney Creek Lodge!

Lodge Rental

• 1 Day Rental: $1,000 (8AM to 12AM) OR

• $150.00 per hour (Minimum of 4 hours)

• Day before Rental date to decorate: $500.00 (8AM to 9PM)

• 1 night's lodging with Rental: $500.00 (Rents entire lodge)

• Cleanup after event: $200.00 (optional)

Tables & Chairs

• Four 8-foot Buffet Tables with Chairs are included in Rental

• Two Large Round Tables and 1 Small Round Table, all with chairs, are included in Rental

• All Tables and Chairs in the lodge are available to use free of charge

• Tablecloths for Buffet and Round Tables: $12.00 each (Not included in Rental price)

• Tablecloth for the lodge's Large Round Glass Table: $20.00 (Not included in Rental price)

• Tablecloths for any other tables in the lodge: $12.00 each (Not included in Rental price). Wooden tables must have a tablecloth to protect the wood if you would like to use the table.

Other Rentals

• Ice Machine: $15.00 per day

• Walk-In Cooler: $15.00 per day

• 20' x 20' Outdoor Tent to cover for rain: $450.00

Photography

• Wedding Photography by Beth Bounds Photography is available for $100 per hour. Wedding Package pricing is available upon request. For more information please contact her at the lodge or visit her website at www.bethbounds.com.

DEPOSITS

50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE DATE

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-BOOK YOUR DATE

BALANCE IN FULL MUST BE PAID 10 DAYS BEFORE EVENT. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Without deposit, we cannot guarantee your date to be reserved. Cancellation deposits are not refunded , unless we are able to reschedule an even in place of your reservation.
